6.35mm plugs also feature zinc alloy shells and gold-plated contacts, with a black spray-painted finish.

Cable uses 22AWG oxygen-free copper conductors, with 128-strand copper braid + aluminum foil double shielding, and a soft PVC jacket.

The middle Y-splitter uses a PCB circuit board connection, with a one-piece injection-molded housing.

The distance from the Y-splitter to the 6.35mm connectors is approximately 50cm.
